Job Description

We are seeking skilled Inspectors, Testers, Sorters, Samplers, and Weighers to enhance our drilling operations. In this position, you will conduct thorough inspections, ensure compliance with regulations, and collaborate with engineering teams to improve processes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular drills and simulations to test emergency preparedness.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance initiatives are adopted across departments.
• Document and communicate findings from inspections to all relevant stakeholders.
• Analyze data to identify trends in incidents and propose preventive measures.
• Lead safety meetings and training sessions for drilling personnel.
• Ensure that all operational activities align with company and regulatory standards.
• Engage with external auditors during compliance assessments.
• Evaluate the usage and effectiveness of safety gear and equipment.
• Regularly review and stay informed on changes in industry regulations.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing among team members to enhance compliance culture.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science or a related field

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in drilling operations with supervisory experience preferred.

Technical Skills

• Drilling Software (WellView, Landmark)
• Regulatory Compliance

Soft Skills

• Strong communication skills
• Problem-solving capabilities

Advantageous

• Previous supervisory experience: Experience leading teams in a drilling environment.
• Certifications in Safety Management: Certifications that demonstrate expertise in safety protocols and risk management.
