Job Description

As a Tank Terminal Gauger, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy of measurements in our storage facilities. This position requires a keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of safety while conducting inspections and calibrations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct environmental monitoring of tank facilities.
• Compile weekly and monthly reports for management review.
• Assist in implementing environmentally friendly practices.
• Perform troubleshooting on measuring devices as needed.
• Help to streamline operational efficiency in the gauging process.
• Work with safety officers to ensure compliance with OSHA standards.
• Document all maintenance work performed on gauging equipment.
• Support emergency response efforts as needed.
• Provide training to new employees on gauging protocols.
• Engage in continuous learning about new technologies in gauging systems.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certification in tank gauging or related field is preferred

Experience

• Ideally, candidates will have prior experience in tank gauging, operations, or a related field.

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of safety regulations
• Experience with tank measurement software

• Analytical thinking

Certifications

• Certification in tank gauging or related field is preferred

Languages

• English: Fluent
