Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Dial Maker to join our dedicated team at Craftsmen Inc. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and manufacturing high-quality dials for various luxury timepieces. Your work will contribute to the aesthetics and functionality of our premium products, ensuring every piece meets high standards of accuracy and artistry.

Responsibilities

• Create detailed operational plans for dial production.
• Conduct regular maintenance of machinery to ensure efficiency.
• Help design unique dials for special projects and limited editions.
• Foster teamwork by encouraging input and collaboration from all members.
• Participate in cross-departmental meetings to align production goals.
• Monitor material inventory and assist in procurement as necessary.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical diploma in dial making or related field is preferred

Experience

• 2-5 years of relevant manufacturing experience.

Technical Skills

• 3D modeling software
• Quality assurance techniques

Soft Skills

• Effective communication
• Teamwork

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in the watchmaking industry: Prior experience working with luxury watches is a plus.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles: Familiarity with lean methods to minimize waste and optimize production.
