We are seeking a Media Technical Director/Manager to oversee our production operations. In this role, you will manage a team of production staff, ensure adherence to safety standards, and maintain quality control protocols.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of production staff in daily operations.
• Review and analyze production reports for efficiency metrics.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for production.
• Train staff on safety and operational protocols.
• Work closely with management to align production goals with company objectives.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business Management preferred

Experience

• 5 years of experience in media production or a supervisory role
