Job Description

As a Revival Clerk, you will play a critical role in supporting our funeral services team by maintaining and organizing records for deceased individuals. Your responsibilities will include liaising with families and funeral directors to ensure all necessary arrangements are made.

Responsibilities

  • Organize and file records in compliance with legal standards.
  • Assist families in making funeral arrangements.
  • Coordinate with various teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Handle inquiries from families and provide necessary information.
  • Support the funeral service team during visitations and services.
  • Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information is maintained.
  • Monitor and manage documentation for cremations and burials.

Requirements

Education
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Certification in Mortuary Science or equivalent is preferred
Experience
  • 1-2 years of experience in the funeral services industry preferred.
