Job Description

We are looking for dedicated Cutting, Punching, and Press Machine Setters, Operators, and Tenders to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will operate and maintain foot presses to fabricate metal and plastic components while ensuring the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and adjust foot press machinery for cutting and shaping materials.
• Conduct quality checks on products and report any issues to management.
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Maintain machinery and equipment in accordance with safety standards.
• Record production metrics and assist in analyzing performance data.
• Assist in maintaining an organized and safe work environment.
• Participate in safety training and adhere to all regulations.
• Perform preventive maintenance on all equipment to reduce downtime.
• Work on various projects as assigned, adapting to changing production demands.
• Support team goals by engaging in open communication and sharing ideas for improvement.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• 1-3 years of relevant machine operation experience

Technical Skills

• Machine Maintenance
• Technical Drawing Interpretation

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge of safety regulations in manufacturing: Understanding of OSHA regulations and their application in manufacturing environments.
