Attention to detail is key, and you will utilize your expertise in various cutting techniques while maintaining the utmost safety standards.

Responsibilities

  • Cut, trim, and prepare meat products for packaging.
  • Monitor and report on the overall quality of meat products.
  • Ensure all work areas are clean and hygienic.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss production updates and improvements.
  • Assist in training new staff on cutting techniques.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Certification in meat processing or culinary arts is preferred
Experience
  • At least 3 years of experience in a related role
