Job Description

As an Investment Banker, you will play a crucial role in advising clients on their financial strategies, mergers and acquisitions, and capital raising initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background and a passion for finance, helping clients navigate complex financial landscapes.

Responsibilities

  • Lead financial modeling and valuation efforts for client projects.
  • Facilitate M&A negotiations and assist in transaction execution.
  • Draft and prepare persuasive client proposals and presentations.
  • Conduct thorough due diligence and risk assessment for potential deals.
  • Remain updated on market dynamics to better serve client interests.
  • Foster relationships with both internal stakeholders and external clients.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial advisory services.
  • Mentor junior analysts and assist with their professional development.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
  • Master’s degree is a plus
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in investment banking with a focus on M&A
