Construction Laborers

Job Description

We are currently seeking skilled Construction Laborers to join our paving crew. The ideal candidates will assist in operating and maintaining asphalt paving machines and ensure the highest quality of work on various construction sites.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the mobilization of paving equipment.
• Follow instructions from the Paving Supervisor.
• Participate in safety training and adhere to protocols.
• Keep records of daily activities and materials used.
• Support the crew in achieving quality workmanship on all projects.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or GED

Experience

• At least 2-3 years of relevant construction or paving experience

Technical Skills

• Paving Equipment Proficiency
• Basic Mechanical Skills

Soft Skills

• Problem-Solving
• Communication

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• First Aid Certification: Basic first aid training and CPR certification is a plus.
• Forklift Operator Certification: Valid certification for operating forklifts and other heavy equipment.
