Job Description

As a Grocery Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations in the grocery department. You’ll lead a team of associates, manage inventory, ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and deliver exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Lead the grocery team to deliver high standards of customer service.
• Oversee product placement and visual merchandising.
• Work closely with upper management to meet operational goals.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback.
• Develop and implement training programs for staff.
• Ensure all staff adhere to health, safety, and hygiene guidelines.
• Manage daily schedules and employee timekeeping.
• Evaluate customer feedback to improve store operations.
• Drive initiatives for community engagement and outreach.
• Maintain effective communication within the team and management.

Requirements

Education

• Associate's degree in Business Management or related field

Experience

• Prior supervisory experience preferred
