Job Description

As a Sales Representative at Footwear Retailers Inc., you will promote and sell our diverse range of footwear products. Your role will focus on building strong customer relationships while providing outstanding service and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate strong product knowledge to effectively assist customers.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints professionally.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in inventory management.
• Provide feedback to management on customer preferences and product trends.
• Participate in promotional events and initiatives to drive sales.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with returning customers.
• Ensure compliance with store policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming shopping environment.
• Utilize point of sale (POS) systems efficiently to enhance the customer experience.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• 1-3 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in footwear or fashion

Languages

• English: Fluent
