Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Transit and Railroad Police officer to join our team in Chicago. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring train movements, inspecting tracks and crossings, and ensuring adherence to safety protocols. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a strong commitment to public safety.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a network of industry contacts to expand market reach.
• Explore opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts.
• Develop customized proposals based on customer specifications and needs.
• Prepare and deliver presentations at conferences and seminars.
• Constantly seek feedback from clients to improve service delivery.
• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and new products.
• Guide junior sales representatives and assist in their development.
• Create and implement strategic sales plans to achieve quarterly targets.
• Participate in regular team meetings to share insights and strategies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field

Experience

• 4+ years of sales experience in technical or scientific sectors
