Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our compassionate healthcare team in Seattle. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care, advocate for patients, and work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Manage patient caseloads effectively and prioritize care needs.
• Facilitate communication among patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care activities.
• Participate in continuous education and training opportunities.
• Help with the orientation and mentoring of new nursing staff.
• Maintain a sterile and safe work environment according to health regulations.
• Document all care delivered to ensure legal and professional standards are met.
• Assist in the management of nursing supplies and equipment.
• Provide clinical supervision to nursing interns and support staff.
• Promote health education through workshops and seminars for staff and patients.

Requirements

Education

• Associates Degree in Nursing (ADN)
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing is preferred

Experience

• 1+ years of experience in a medical-surgical or critical care setting

• Venipuncture

Certifications

• Certified Nurse (RN) credentials

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Bilingual skills in Spanish: Ability to communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking patients.
