Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our compassionate healthcare team in Seattle. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care, advocate for patients, and work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and evaluate conditions.
• Monitor and record patient progress and responses to treatment.

• Educate patients about medications, post-treatment, and self-care practices.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care.
• Respond swiftly to medical emergencies, initiating necessary healthcare procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of patient care for legal and clinical purposes.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care.
• Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their families.
• Attend staff meetings and training to maintain professional growth.

Requirements

Education

• Associates Degree in Nursing (ADN)
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing is preferred

Experience

• 1+ years of experience in a medical-surgical or critical care setting

• Venipuncture

Certifications

• Certified Nurse (RN) credentials

Languages

• English: Fluent
