Job Description

As the Breaker Boss, you will lead a dedicated team responsible for managing circuit breaker operations in a fast-paced industrial environment. Your primary role will be to ensure that circuit breakers function correctly, overseeing maintenance and repairs to minimize downtime and maintain safety standards. You will implement best practices and collaborate with engineers to improve operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee circuit breaker operations, ensuring they meet production goals.
  • Address any technical issues promptly to minimize downtime.
  • Liaise with suppliers for hardware and components.
  • Utilize CMMS for tracking maintenance activities.
  • Assist in the development of safety protocols.
  • Prepare reports on operational efficiency and maintenance needs.
  • Conduct audits of equipment and processes.
  • Foster a culture of safety and accountability within the team.
  • Identify training needs for team members and address them.
  • Participate in strategic planning to optimize operations.

Requirements

Education
  • Associate's degree in Electrical Technology
  • Bachelor's degree is a plus
Experience
  • 5+ years in a supervisory role in manufacturing
