Job Description

We are seeking an Orientation Specialist to lead and implement innovative onboarding programs for new hires. This role involves designing effective training sessions and ensuring a smooth transition into our company culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead the orientation of new hires, ensuring all necessary resources are provided.
• Gather feedback from new employees about the onboarding process to enhance future training.
• Organize team events for better integration of new employees into the company culture.
• Assist in developing a mentor program for new hires.
• Communicate effectively with all levels of staff to promote a team atmosphere.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• Certifications in Training and Development preferred.

Experience

• Experience in remote training delivery is advantageous.

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with e-learning software: Hands-on experience in creating online training modules.
