Job Description

We are seeking a Machinery Repair Maintenance Supervisor to oversee our maintenance team and ensure optimal operation of all machinery. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in equipment repair and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of maintenance activities to ensure efficient machinery function.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
  • Ensure compliance with workplace safety standards, maintaining a safe working environment.
  • Coordinate with other departments to address equipment needs and challenges.
  • Document all maintenance activities, equipment repairs, and service records.
  • Analyze machinery performance data to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and high standards within the maintenance team.

Requirements

Education
  • Technical diploma in mechanical or industrial engineering preferred.
Experience
  • 5+ years in machinery maintenance, including experience leading teams.
