Job Description

As a Belt Dresser, you will play a vital role in maintaining and repairing conveyor belts, ensuring their smooth operation in industrial settings. This position requires technical expertise and familiarity with various tools and techniques specific to belt dressing. Your hands-on skills will help prevent downtime and keep the production line moving.

Responsibilities

• Identify and resolve belt-related issues promptly.
• Collaborate with external vendors for parts procurement.
• Keep work areas organized and safe.
• Provide input on budgetary needs for maintenance supplies.
• Assist with inventory management for spare parts.
• Prepare weekly reports on maintenance activities and findings.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Technical certifications in mechanical maintenance a plus

Experience

• 2-4 years of hands-on experience in conveyor belt maintenance

Languages
