We are seeking a dedicated Carton Forming Machine Operator responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining carton forming machines. Ideal candidates should have prior experience and a strong focus on producing high-quality cartons.

Responsibilities

• Configure and operate carton forming machinery per job specifications.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure cartons meet quality standards.
• Perform minor repairs and adjustments to machinery as needed.
• Maintain logs of machine performance and production outputs.
• Collaborate with maintenance personnel for major repairs.
• Train new employees on machine operation and safety procedures.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• 2+ years of experience operating carton machinery or similar equipment

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of Carton Forming
• Quality Inspection

• Effective Communication

Languages

• English: Fluent
