Responsibilities

  • Deliver products to customers along designated routes, ensuring timely service.
  • Promote products to customers and communicate new offerings.
  • Build and strengthen customer relationships for repeat business.
  • Oversee product inventory in trucks and optimize display methods.
  • Manage cash transactions securely and accurately document sales.
  • Resolve customer complaints and questions effectively.
  • Stay updated on market trends and gather customer feedback.
  • Provide regular sales performance reports to management.
  • Adhere to safety standards and company policies.
  • Engage in teamwork with logistics for smooth operations.
  • Train junior staff on sales tactics and company policies.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field is a plus
Experience
  • 2-5 years of experience in sales or customer service roles
