Bleach Supervisor

Job Description

As a Bleach Supervisor, you will oversee the daily operations of the bleach manufacturing plant. Your primary responsibilities will include ensuring production targets are met, maintaining quality standards, and upholding safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the production of bleach and other chemical products.
• Manage and train a team of employees, promoting a collaborative workplace.
• Develop and maintain production schedules for efficient output.
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
• Ensure compliance with environmental, safety, and health regulations.
• Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to address customer needs.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering or related field
• Master's Degree in Chemical Engineering is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years experience in bleach production or similar manufacturing
