Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Nuclear Engineer to oversee the operation and maintenance of our nuclear power plants. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with federal regulations and lead engineering efforts to enhance safety and performance.

Responsibilities

• Ensure proper functioning of all nuclear systems and processes.
• Lead troubleshooting efforts for complex technical issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency.
• Evaluate and recommend modifications to existing systems for improved safety.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives across all operational areas.
• Act as a liaison with regulatory agencies during inspections.
• Manage projects related to plant upgrades and modifications.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Nuclear Engineering or related field
• Master's or further specialization is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years in a nuclear engineering role within power plants
