Insulator Tester

Job Description

The Insulator Tester will be responsible for testing and inspecting insulators for electrical systems, ensuring they are in good working condition and meet safety standards. This role is critical in maintaining the reliability of electrical infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections of electrical insulators and systems.
• Analyze data from testing procedures to ensure system reliability.
• Collaborate with engineering staff in troubleshooting issues.
• Educate team members on safety and testing processes.
• Assist in training new hires on best practices.
• Maintain an organized inventory of testing equipment and tools.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering is preferred

Experience

• 2-5 years of experience in electrical testing and inspection
