Job Description

The Rib Chopper is responsible for efficiently and accurately chopping ribs to meet production requirements. You will ensure that quality control standards are maintained while maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare workstations and ensure they are clean and sanitized.
  • Monitor and maintain quality assurance standards during meat processing.
  • Train and guide junior staff in meat cutting techniques.
  • Document production data and quality checks.
  • Implement best practices for meat handling and processing.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Food handling certification is preferable
Experience
  • 1-3 years of experience in a meat processing environment.
