Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Statistician to join our analytics team. The ideal candidate will leverage statistical methods to analyze clinical data, ensuring accuracy and integrity, while supporting healthcare professionals in making informed decisions.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with IT for the development of analytical tools.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations regarding data management.
• Perform data validation to guarantee the accuracy of reports.
• Assist in the development of innovative approaches to patient data analysis.
• Train staff on statistical software and data visualization tools.
• Review and edit research papers for statistical rigor.
• Provide analytics support during audits and evaluations.
• Manage small projects within the analytics department.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, or related field
• Master's degree in Statistics or related field is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in healthcare analytics or related field

• Statistical Software (e.g., R, SAS, SPSS)
• Machine Learning

Certifications

• Certified Health Data Analyst (CHDA)

Languages
