Job Description

As a Trimming Machine Operator, you will play a crucial role in the manufacturing process. Your responsibilities will include setting up and operating trimming machines, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and inspecting finished products for quality assurance. We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with a passion for production and a drive to achieve high-quality results.

Responsibilities

• Monitor machine performance and resolve any production interruptions.
• Perform routine machine calibrations and adjustments.
• Validate product measurements against specifications.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and procedures.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss production goals and progress.
• Handle product waste and implement recycling practices.
• Secure necessary tools and materials for production operations.
• Maintain a positive and proactive approach to customer service.
• Assist with inventory checks and material requisitioning.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical certifications in manufacturing processes are advantageous

Experience

• Prior experience in the manufacturing sector, specifically with trimming machines, is an asset.
