Job Description

As a Grader and Sorter of agricultural products, you will be integral in ensuring that only the highest quality produce reaches our customers. This role involves hands-on evaluation of products to assess quality, sorting based on established criteria, and maintaining meticulous records of quality assessments.

Responsibilities

  • Assess and sort products for quality assurance.
  • Identify different types of produce and their grading requirements.
  • Document and report grading results to management.
  • Work with the supply team to ensure high-quality inputs.
  • Maintain equipment to ensure accurate grading processes.
  • Follow best practices for handling and grading agricultural products.
  • Train team members on effective grading techniques.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives regarding product quality.
  • Adhere to safety protocols in the workplace.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
Experience
  • 1-3 years of experience in agricultural products grading or related field
Technical Skills

Languages
  • English: Fluent
