Job Description

We are searching for detail-oriented Weighers, Measurers, Checkers, and Samplers to join our agricultural operations team. This role is essential in ensuring accurate measurement and recordkeeping for harvested sugarcane, impacting both payment and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular checks to ensure scale calibration is within standards.
• Maintain accurate inventory of measuring supplies and equipment.
• Work closely with the Field Cane Scale Supervisor to optimize processes.
• Provide feedback on operational challenges to enhance workflow.
• Participate in safety training and compliance initiatives.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Experience in operating scales or measuring instruments preferred.

Technical Skills

• Scale operation
• Data entry

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Bilingual in English and Spanish: Ability to converse in both languages is a plus.
