Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated School Psychologist who excels in assessing and treating the cognitive, emotional, and behavioral challenges faced by children and adolescents. The ideal candidate will work closely with educators and families to provide essential support tailored to each child’s unique needs.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct individual and group counseling sessions for students.
  • Provide crisis intervention as needed.
  • Engage in collaborative problem-solving with educators to address student challenges.
  • Assist in creating individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with special needs.
  • Advocate for students' mental health and educational needs within the school system.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree or higher in Psychology, Education, or a related field
  • Valid state license as a psychologist or psychological associate
Experience
  • 2-5 years of experience working with children and adolescents in a clinical or educational setting
