The Line Department Supervisor oversees the operations of a specific production line, ensuring that products are produced efficiently and to quality standards. This role involves managing a team, monitoring performance, and implementing process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the production line, ensuring all processes run smoothly.
• Coordinate with various departments to facilitate production flow.
• Enforce quality control measures to meet industry standards.
• Maintain records of production metrics and report to senior management.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Production, or related field
• Master's degree is a plus

• 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment
