Stockers and Order Fillers

Job Description

As a Stocker and Order Filler, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive their orders on time. You will be responsible for loading and unloading products, maintaining inventory, and responding to customer inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently pick and pack customer orders based on specifications.
• Ensure that all deliveries are logged correctly and on time.
• Collaborate with the inventory management team to verify stock levels.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations in the workplace.
• Provide excellent customer service and support during delivery.
• Assist with training new employees as needed.
• Maintain an organized and tidy work environment.
• Monitor stock levels and report when reordering is necessary.
• Handle returns and exchanges in a professional manner.
• Ensure proper use of equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Previous experience in logistics or warehousing preferred.

Technical Skills

• Microsoft Office Suite
• GPS Tracking Software

• Time Management
• Problem-solving

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in customer service: Background in customer-facing roles will be a plus.
• Familiarity with delivery scheduling software: Experience with routing and scheduling software to optimize deliveries.
