Responsibilities

• Set up, adjust, and operate sewing machines for various fabric types.
• Monitor sewing processes to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Trim and finish seams, and perform basic mending when necessary.
• Help in training new hires on sewing best practices and techniques.
• Document production and maintain accurate records of completed work.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss production goals and improvements.
• Assist in fabric inventory management and restocking as needed.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or GED

Experience

• Experience in a high-volume production environment is preferred

Technical Skills

• Pattern reading
• Quality control

Languages

• English: Fluent
