Podiatrist

Job Description

As a Podiatrist at Healthcare Solutions Group, you will be responsible for diagnosing and treating a variety of foot-related ailments. You'll work with patients to create tailored treatment plans, ensuring their well-being and comfort.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic tests to assess patients' foot and ankle health.
• Implement patient-centered care plans incorporating a variety of therapeutic modalities.
• Collaborate with orthotics specialists to design and fit custom orthotics for patients.
• Lead community outreach programs to educate about foot health and prevention.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss complex cases.
• Mentor and supervise medical assistants and interns within the department.

Requirements

Education

• DPM from an accredited podiatric medical school
• Fellowship in a specialized area of podiatry (considered a plus)

Experience

• Experience with diabetic foot care is an asset.
