Fine Grade Operator

Job Description

We are seeking a talented Fine Grade Operator to join our dynamic construction team. The ideal candidate will operate heavy machinery to finely grade surfaces, ensuring compliance with safety standards and delivering quality results.

Responsibilities

• Utilize GPS and laser-guided equipment for accurate grading.
• Document machine performance and maintenance logs.
• Train junior operators on equipment operation and safety.
• Assist project managers in achieving project milestones.
• Adhere to environmental and safety guidelines.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical certification in construction or heavy machinery is a plus

Experience

• At least 2 years of experience operating heavy machinery in a construction setting

Certifications

• First Aid and CPR Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
