Job Description

As a Textile Knitting and Weaving Machine Setter, you will be instrumental in producing high-quality textile products. You will set up, operate, and maintain a variety of textile machines while ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Configure and set up weaving machines for textile production.
• Ensure proper handling of materials and components.
• Inspect and test finished textiles for quality assurance.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Engage in cross-training with other teams for operational flexibility.
• Communicate with management regarding production schedules.
• Support the development of new product lines and designs.
• Attend training sessions to stay updated on new machinery.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Associate's degree in Textile Technology preferred

Experience

• 2-4 years' experience in a similar field is advantageous

Languages
