We are seeking a skilled Hosiery Mater responsible for the complete production process of hosiery items. The ideal candidate will manage production schedules, oversee quality standards, and ensure timely delivery of products.

Responsibilities

• Lead production teams to achieve daily production goals with minimal defects.
• Continuously assess production processes for optimization opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the workplace.
• Conduct training sessions for staff on new production techniques.
• Monitor machine performance and coordinate maintenance as needed.
• Collaborate with the quality team to address production issues.
• Document production workflows and standard operating procedures.
• Assist in developing production budgets and forecasts.
• Support cross-functional teams to deliver new products on time.
• Engage in cost reduction initiatives without compromising quality.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Textile Manufacturing or related field

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in textile or hosiery production
