Job Description

We are seeking an experienced First-Line Supervisor to oversee mechanics and installers in reclamation processes. The ideal candidate will ensure that all work meets safety standards and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise mechanics and installers, ensuring that all assignments align with safety and environmental regulations.
  • Monitor project timelines and adjust scheduling as necessary to meet deadlines.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to discuss goals, challenges, and updates on project status.
  • Report directly to the Operations Manager with insights on labor efficiency and project outcomes.
  • Establish clear communication channels among team members to improve workflow.
  • Implement improvements based on feedback from team and management.
  • Facilitate training sessions to develop team skills and safety knowledge.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field
  • Master's Degree is a plus
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in reclamation, environmental remediation, or a related field
