Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic plans focused on enhancing hospital services.
  • Oversee the management of healthcare technology and EMR systems.
  • Ensure effective staffing and labor efficiency throughout the hospital.
  • Lead initiatives for continuous quality improvement in patient care.
  • Report on operational performance metrics to senior leadership.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field
  • Additional certifications in healthcare management are a plus
