Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Dentist to join our dental practice in Miami, FL. The successful candidate will provide a full range of dental services to ensure the oral health and wellness of our patients. You will be responsible for managing patient care, performing examinations and procedures, and ensuring a comfortable and safe experience for all patients.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced dental procedures such as root canals and cosmetic enhancements.
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on patients’ needs.
• Assist in the training and mentoring of junior dental staff.
• Engage in community outreach to promote oral health awareness.
• Utilize diagnostic imaging and other tools for precise treatment.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives within the practice.
• Establish and maintain patient relationships to foster loyalty.

Requirements

Education

• DDS or DMD
• Advanced training in a specific dental specialty is a plus

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in a dental practice setting

Technical Skills

• Restorative dentistry
• Endodontics

Certifications

• American Dental Association (ADA) Membership

Languages

• English: Fluent
