Job Description

As a Clinical Research Nurse Coordinator, you will play a vital role in managing clinical trials and research initiatives, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to ensure adherence to ethical standards and compliance with regulatory guidelines. You'll engage directly with patients, providing them with the care and support they need throughout the trial process.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of clinical research, ensuring adherence to protocols.
  • Facilitate communication between clinical teams and study participants.
  • Prepare and maintain study documentation and regulatory submissions.
  • Evaluate study progress and implement corrective actions when necessary.
  • Support data monitoring and ensure quality control measures are followed.
  • Engage with patients to address concerns and provide educational support.
  • Utilize electronic data capture systems for efficient data management.
  • Maintain relationships with external stakeholders involved in the research.
  • Conduct follow-ups with participants for long-term study assessments.
  • Contribute to the overall improvement of clinical trial processes.

Requirements

Education
  • Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
  • Bachelor's degree in nursing or equivalent field (Master's preferred)
Experience
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in clinical research coordination
