Job Description

The Cutter is responsible for operating cutting equipment and ensuring precise cuts on various materials. The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail and the ability to interpret blueprints to meet specifications.

Responsibilities

• Operate cutting machinery to produce precise cuts on various textile materials.
• Conduct quality checks on cut materials and report any discrepancies.
• Prepare and set up the cutting machine for production runs.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and operational guidelines.
• Maintain an organized workspace and manage material inventory effectively.
• Collaborate with QA to address any product defects identified.
• Continuously improve workflow processes to enhance productivity.
• Provide training to new team members on cutting machinery operation.
• Document production data as required by the production manager.
• Ensure all cutting operations meet production deadlines.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• 1-3 years of experience in cutting or manufacturing role

Technical Skills

• Attention to detail

Languages

• English: Fluent
