Responsibilities

• Efficiently operate packaging machinery for tea bags.

• Assist in training new team members regarding packing procedures.
• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss production goals.
• Document any production issues and assist in troubleshooting.
• Support the team in maintaining a high-productivity rate.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• 1-2 years of experience in packaging or related field is preferred
