Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Weigher, Measurer, Checker, and Sampler to join our manufacturing team in Houston. As a key player in our production process, you will be responsible for accurately weighing and measuring materials to ensure compliance with production standards. This role requires adherence to safety regulations while maintaining efficiency and precision in all tasks.

Responsibilities

• Measure and weigh incoming materials using calibrated scales.
• Assist in the preparation of production batches per specifications.
• Monitor material levels and report any shortages to the supervisor.
• Ensure all equipment is cleaned and maintained according to standard procedures.
• Support the quality control team in fulfilling their requirements.
• Maintain accurate documentation of all measurements taken.
• Engage in cross-training with other departments to enhance operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to material handling.
• Assist in reporting safety issues immediately to management.
• Maintain a proactive approach to identifying areas for process improvement.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience is preferred

Experience

• 1-3 years of experience in a similar position

Languages

• English: Fluent
