Requirements

Education

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO)
• Master's degree in Public Health (MPH) or equivalent work experience

Experience

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in public health, epidemiology, or preventive medicine.
