Mental Health Associate

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Mental Health Associate to support individuals with mental health conditions. In this role, you will implement treatment plans, provide emotional support, and promote recovery through compassionate care.

Responsibilities

• Engage with patients daily to encourage positive mental health practices.
• Facilitate crisis intervention when necessary and ensure appropriate follow-up actions.
• Help develop and maintain a safe, therapeutic environment for all patients.
• Document patient interactions and ensure compliance with legal and ethical guidelines.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss patient progress and treatment strategies.
• Advise on community resources and support systems for patients and families.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field.

Experience

• Experience working with diverse populations is preferred.

Languages

• English: Fluent
