We are seeking a dedicated Mental Health Associate to support individuals with mental health conditions. In this role, you will implement treatment plans, provide emotional support, and promote recovery through compassionate care.
Responsibilities
Engage with patients daily to encourage positive mental health practices.
Facilitate crisis intervention when necessary and ensure appropriate follow-up actions.
Help develop and maintain a safe, therapeutic environment for all patients.
Document patient interactions and ensure compliance with legal and ethical guidelines.
Participate in team meetings to discuss patient progress and treatment strategies.
Advise on community resources and support systems for patients and families.
Requirements
Education
Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field.
Experience
Experience working with diverse populations is preferred.
