Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Family Physician to join our healthcare team in Baltimore. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing comprehensive patient care and working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals. You will play a critical role in diagnosing and treating various health conditions, while fostering long-term relationships with your patients.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine health assessments and screenings.
• Manage care for patients in both outpatient and inpatient settings.
• Provide culturally competent care to diverse patient populations.
• Foster long-term relationships with patients to enhance healthcare delivery.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives within the practice.
• Document all patient interactions and treatment plans in accordance with guidelines.
• Assist in training medical students and residents.

Requirements

Education

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or equivalent
• Completion of Family Medicine residency program

Experience

• 3+ years in a primary care setting preferred

• Certified Physician Executive (CPE)
