Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to manage our financial transactions and ensure accuracy in our bookkeeping. The ideal candidate will be proficient in accounting software and have excellent numerical skills.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily financial operations of the company.
  • Maintain accurate books for accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Prepare and present financial reports to management.
  • Assist with tax preparation and compliance reporting.
  • Monitor and enforce company policies regarding financial procedures.
  • Conduct periodic reconciliations of all accounts to ensure accuracy.
  • Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • Communicate effectively with clients regarding financial matters.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Master's degree in Finance is a plus
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting roles
