Seeking a motivated New Accounts Clerk to manage client relationships effectively. This position focuses on enhancing customer satisfaction through proactive communication and tailored financial solutions, thus driving the bank's growth.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication.
• Assess individual client financial needs and offer appropriate product solutions.
• Facilitate the sale of banking products, including savings and checking accounts.
• Assist clients with account management, including opening and closing accounts.
• Keep abreast of industry trends and banking regulations.
• Contribute to branch sales goals by achieving personal performance metrics.
• Work with team members to enhance overall client service and satisfaction.
• Engage in continuous learning to improve financial product knowledge.
• Document all client interactions accurately for future reference.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Master's degree in a related field preferred.

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial services or a related field.
