Job Description

As a Tax Specialist, you will be responsible for preparing and reviewing tax returns, conducting tax research, and advising clients on tax strategies. You will ensure compliance with federal and state regulations while maximizing tax efficiency. This role requires strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the preparation of tax returns and supporting documentation.
• Conduct client meetings to discuss tax strategy and planning.
• Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual tax estimates.
• Maintain detailed records of tax filings and client communications.
• Provide ongoing support and consultation to clients on tax matters.
• Evaluate and implement tax software solutions.
• Research and analyze tax legislation affecting clients.
• Prepare tax reports for management review.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• Master's in Taxation or related field preferred

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in taxation and compliance
