Mold Maker

Job Description

We are seeking a talented Mold Maker to craft and maintain molds used in our plastic production processes. The ideal candidate should have a solid foundation in mold making, strong technical skills, and the ability to work independently under minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret engineering drawings for mold manufacturing.
• Utilize CAD/CAM software to create mold designs.
• Monitor mold performance and make adjustments as necessary.
• Coordinate with suppliers for materials and equipment needed for mold making.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects to enhance mold-making efficiency.

Requirements

Education

• Associate degree in Manufacturing or related field.

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in mold making.

Technical Skills

• Mold Maintenance
• Team Collaboration

Soft Skills

• Analytical Thinking

Certifications

• Safety Training Certification (OSHA).

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with 3D Printing.: Hands-on experience with additive manufacturing for creating molds.
