Job Description

Join our production team as a Sponge Press Operator where you will oversee the pressing process from beginning to end. This role requires an understanding of machine operations and quality standards in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Adjust machine settings based on production needs.
• Inspect finished products for quality assurance.
• Report any machinery malfunctions to supervisors.
• Perform routine maintenance on machines.
• Train new operators on equipment usage.
• Document production output and equipment performance.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Prior experience in the textile or manufacturing industry is preferred

• Mechanical aptitude

Certifications

• OSHA Safety Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
